You will receive an order confirmation to your provided email address. Please check your junk mail if you have trouble finding it in inbox.

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 5 business days for dispatch.

LOST AND MISSING PACKAGES
The Trending Baby are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

The Trending Baby accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen.

WRONG ADDRESS
If you see any mistakes in the address you submitted, please send us an email immediately with a title 'URGENT' so we can correct it before being shipped out. If a package fails to deliver due to 'insufficient address' unfortunately we cannot offer any compensation for that matter.
