WHAT HAPPENS AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?
After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. If you have trouble finding it in your inbox, please check your junk mail.

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. During peak periods, please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTER THE WRONG ADDRESS?
If you see any mistakes in the address you submitted, please send us an email immediately with the title 'URGENT so we can correct it before being shipped out. If a package fails to be delivered due to an insufficient address' unfortunately we cannot offer any compensation for that matter.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

The Trending Baby accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen.
